This specialization focuses on providing in-depth knowledge of how businesses operate and how they are led. The Leadership track develops essential leadership skills, ethical decision-making, and organizational change management, equipping professionals to lead with confidence in complex, dynamic environments.

The Executive MBA prepares experienced professionals for senior leadership, executive management, entrepreneurial, and governance roles across the private, public, and non-profit sectors. Graduates are equipped to lead organizations, drive innovation, shape strategy, and manage complex transformation initiatives in national and international contexts.

General Manager or Country Manager, overseeing business units, regional operations, or international subsidiaries.

Senior Management Consultant or Consulting Partner, advising executive teams on strategy, organizational development, and performance improvement.
