The Faculty of Economics, Technology and Innovation is pleased to organize a very interesting training session for its students, titled: “From Idea to Done: Agile & Scrum Unpacked”

Led by Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Lediona Lame, an academic member of this faculty, this training will introduce participants to the fundamental principles of Agile and the Scrum framework — two of the most in-demand project management approaches in today’s professional world.

During the session, students will explore:
✅ What Agile really means and how it differs from traditional project management
✅ The core roles, events, and artifacts of Scrum
✅ Real-world benefits of applying Agile methodologies
✅ How to start the journey toward certification as a Scrum professional

This training is a great opportunity for FETI students to gain valuable, career-ready knowledge and develop skills that are highly sought after in today’s market.
