I was born in Gjakova on 13.11.1959, where I attended and completed my pre-university studies.

I began my higher education in the academic year 1978/79, where after four years out of officially five I received the degree of Graduated Mechanical Engineer, then the Master of Science and the Doctor of Technical Sciences.

My academic and professional career began more than 40 years ago, on 01.02.1984 as assistant, lecturer, docent, associate professor and full professor, always at UP and engaged in Public Universities in Kosovo and at the Mother Teresa University in Skopje. I lectured/lecture courses in technical, computer and IT sciences. I was Rector of the University of Gjakova, Deputy Dean, Dean and Head of two departments at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering.

My rise began with early specializations at the Computer Center of the University of Birmingham in England(1987) and at the “Rade Konҫar” factory in Zagreb, Croatia(1990), continuing today as a coordinator/member of international projects, member of scientific committees and international reviewer. Participation in about 80 scientific conferences, mobilities and trainings, led to my being invited as a visiting professor at universities in 12 countries in the region, Europe and India.

My dedication to the profession resulted in about 100 scientific/professional papers as author/co-author, many texts/materials/software for students. I was a member of the Doctoral Commission for two candidates, Mentor in dozens of Bachelor/Master Diploma Theses.

From November 2025, I also engaged at the Western Balkans University in Tirana, to continue giving my academic, professional and scientific contribution.
